how to add a welcome message to blog / website

Guys this is a post separated from other kinds of post.. It's just for helping more people..

Ok..

Guys it's really simple.. 

Copy this script and go to your blogger or website layout,  click on " add a gadget /widget " and select "html/Java script" 

And copy paste this in there!

Just change the highlighted area to whatever you want to show and check your site and it will come up just neat as it did to mine :)
